Battalion Commander
| Responsible for everything the SCHS Army JROTC Hawk Battalion does or fails to do. Supervises, directs, rates, and evaluates the Company Commanders, Battalion Staff, Executive Officer, Battalion TAC Officer, and Sergeant Major. Exercises command and control over the battalion to ensure all missions assigned are accomplished, all training is efficiently and effectively executed and to ensure that the health, welfare, and conduct of the battalion are of the highest caliber. Serves as the primary advisor to the SAI on all matters pertaining to the SCHS Army JROTC Hawk Battalion. The C/ LTC serves as the epitome of a potential officer and role model for the rest of the battalion. | |  |
Battalion Executive Officer
| Responsible for everything the Battalion Staff does of fails to do. Serves as the second-in-command and as the principle advisor to the Battalion Commander. Establishes special committees and projects as assigned by the commander. | | |
| Battalion Command Sergeant Major | Advise the commander on the state of morale and Command Climate. Responsible to the commander toensure overall quality of battalion-level training. Maintains the battalion level Chain-of-Command and support channels. | | |
Battalion Inspector General
| Responsible for finding resolutions for problems and incidents within the battalion. Establishes and resolves grievances within a reasonable amount of time.

S1 Adjutant
| Responsible for personnel accountability during events and class tructure for JROTC. Assist the instructors as the Administration Officer with respect to all cadet manning rosters, records, awards, certificates, etc. and other administative duties. Ensures all records are accurately maintained. Coordinates the battalion Award Ceremony. |

S2 Intelligence / Security Officer
| Responsible for all Intelligent Operations for the battalion. Will render terrain analysis and weather reports as directed. Oversees and ensures that a prper Risk Assessment is completed for all JROTC events. Assists instructors in Security Operations at all events. | |  |
S3 Operations and Training Officer
| Responsible for training and operations. Supervises andensures Lead Lab is properly planned and executed. Plans events and establishes the Operation Order (OPORD) to support the commander's intent Supervises all scheduled events pertaining to all facets of the battalion participation. Also assits the instructors as directed.

S4 Supply Officer
| Responsible for the plannin, organization and execution of all logistical support actions necessary to support the mission of the battalion. Coordinates with the S3 for support necessary for the conduct of all events and training. Assist instructor in the supply room to ensure cadets properly recieve all required equipment and clothing while maintaining records. | |  |
S5 Public Affairs Officer
| Responsible for "special projects" as directed by the commander. Oversees publications and organizational updates printed in the school newspaper and works closely with the S6. Updates JROTC trophy display cases; works to promote JROTC program in school and attain local public awareness of the cadets participating in JROTC. Organizes and plans all recording events with the media and supervision from the instructors.

S6 Communications Officer
| Responsible for maintaining the JROTC Hawk Battalion website and all electronic equipment, working with the S4 and S5 with electronic equipment and photographs. |

Drill Team Commander
| Responsible for recruiting members and organizing the cadet Drill Team. Schedules the drill training program. Coordinated uniform and weapon requirements with the S4. Schedules drill programs, parades, and competitions for the drill team; coordinates these activities with the S3. |

Color Guard Commander
| In charge of the color guard. Responsible for the training, motivation, and discipline of Color Guard members; execution of Color Guard functions at highly visible events. Raider Team Commander
| Develop a team training plan and execute training operations in accordance with Region Raider Team Competition events. Maintain administrative data concerning the team; make sure all events are properly planned for and executed. Lead the SCHS Army JROTC Hawk Battalion Raider Team to victory. |
